Led by Elham Kordzadeh, P.Eng., CAPM, this division brings over 15 years of experience in metallurgical engineering, industrial construction, and capital project management. We specialize in providing tailored consulting services across mining, metals, and infrastructure sectors.
Our expertise covers the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility studies and technical coordination to procurement planning and cost estimation. With a licensed Professional Engineer at the helm, this division is committed to delivering precise, strategic, and practical solutions that keep complex projects moving forward confidently.
Certified in Interior Décor, Jeff brings a refined eye for design and a deep understanding of client service to every project he leads. With over 20 years of industry experience in interior décor, retail management, and operations, Jeff serves as both the CEO and creative backbone of InspiraCore.
Jeff’s journey began with formal training in Hotel Management at George Brown College, where he studied business communications, marketing, public relations, and spatial functionality—skills that naturally translated into the world of interior environments. His certification in Interior Décor deepened his ability to guide clients in creating spaces that are not only practical but thoughtfully styled.
Throughout his career, Jeff has worked on both the technical and customer-facing sides of the construction and renovation industries. From managing retail stores and designing showroom layouts to coordinating back-end logistics and project schedules, he has developed a comprehensive approach to interior project delivery. His years in the construction materials industry have given him a 360-degree view of what it takes to bring a space to life—from concept to completion.

Elham is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng. in Ontario) and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), with over 15 years of experience managing and consulting on complex engineering and construction projects across industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
Her technical consulting background includes working with internationally recognized firms such as McLellan and Partners Ltd. and Farnborough Engineering Consultant in the UK, and Paul Wurth in Luxembourg. In these roles, she supported feasibility studies, process engineering, and design for large-scale metallurgical and industrial facilities.
Elham has also led and contributed to several R&D projects and has published extensively in international engineering and materials science conferences. Her academic work includes a thesis developed through a collaborative program between the University of Toronto and Freiberg University of Mining and Technology in Germany, focusing on advanced metallurgical processes.
Over the past decade, she has served as a project manager and coordinator for multiple international steelmaking plants, DRI plants, pelletizing plants, and copper smelting factory developments.
Elham’s leadership style blends technical expertise with cross-functional coordination. She has collaborated closely with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and municipalities—always prioritizing strategic execution, compliance, and client satisfaction.
